Q: How do I track my order?
A: Orders are process within 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
Q: How do I process a return or exchange?
* In light of COVID-19 we are unable to process any returns or exchanges. Please DO NOT send back any returns at this time as it may be sent back to you.
Q: Received a damaged item. What do I do?
In the rare event that the item you received is damage, we're sorry! Please contact us with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. We will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.
